Open Book, Reveal Magic
Once, stories could only be passed by word of mouth, each generation sharing their tales with the next. As time went on, people began to write - to inscribe their stories on stone, papyrus, parchment, and eventually paper and even digital media.
Consider, for a moment, how amazing it is to live today, to be able to read stories both old and new, to share the writings and the imaginings of people thousands of miles away.
To open a book is truly to reveal a little magic.
I originally drew the lineart for this one for the color-me-club on deviantArt, and thus, I have the lineart available on my page there if anyone wants to color it. You can also see other people's colored version of this image here; the one shown here is my own version.
