In this video, I'll show you how to draw a pinwheel using the Symmetrical Ruler in Clip Studio Paint. This time, we use rotational symmetry instead of mirrored symmetry to make it really easy to draw this fun toy.

In the next tutorial, I'll show you how to easily animate a 360 degree spin using this pinwheel as the example.
